Jorge Gómez de Silva


Lawyer specialized in administrative, agrarian, and environmental law. His previous experience as a public official in the agricultural sector provided him with extensive knowledge in this area, as well as a solid foundation in the practice of administrative law, complemented by his daily practice of environmental law. Jorge provides consulting services in land, urban and ecological planning, ejido and community ownership, national and federal land, protected natural areas, land use, public domain goods, and local procedures for the development of industries and businesses.

Examples of the capacities that it contributes to the Firm are (1) review of the surface occupation contracts for the transportation of hydrocarbons executed between the permit holder and the agrarian subjects who own the land and advice to the permit holder concerning their payment obligations, and (2) development of a strategy for the contribution of ejido lands not suitable to be parcelled out to a company that owns agricultural lands.
