Ana Isabel Díez de Urdanivia


Ana Isabel Díez de Urdanivia is an attorney focused on the practice of administrative and constitutional litigation with more than nine years of experience in these areas. Ana Isabel performed outstandingly for 7 years as administrative officer in charge of developing innovative resolution projects in tax law, intellectual property and customs matters to the assigned cases within the Federal Court she worked at; however, it also heard of matters related to agrarian law, social security, consumer protection, among others that cover administrative matters.

Also, in the past few years Ana Isabel has worked as an associate in a law firm where she primarily focused her practice in complex administrative and constitutional litigation cases approaching solutions from a creative point of view always looking out for the best interest of clients. In that matter, Ana provided counsel for companies of recognized national and international prestige in sectors such as energy, economic competition, personal protection data, public contracts, urban development and tax law. In addition, she participated in various commercial litigations, specialized in compliance with contracts of large international companies.
